Set up App Store Connect upload
Create an App Store Connect API key with the minimum role needed to manage your screenshots and listing text, then connect it in Lingue. Takes about two minutes.
Create an API key in App Store Connect
- 1. Sign in to App Store Connect and open Users and Access.
- 2. Open the Integrations tab → App Store Connect API → Team Keys → +. (If the
tab is missing, your account lacks the required permission.)
- 3. Name the key, for example "Lingue".
- 4. Set the Access role to App Manager, the minimum needed to manage metadata and
screenshots.
- 5. Click Generate, then Download the `.p8` file. It can only be downloaded once, so
keep a backup; if it's lost or leaked, revoke it immediately.
- 6. Copy the Key ID and the Issuer ID shown above the keys list.
Connect & validate in Lingue
- 7. Go to Integrations → App Store Connect in the sidebar.
- 8. Paste the Key ID and Issuer ID, and upload the `.p8` file. Add a team name if
you like.
- 9. Choose a storage mode: Cloud (encrypted, enables background sync) or Local
(zero server storage). See how we handle your credentials.
- 10. Click Validate. On success the connection shows a green check; on failure read the
error (commonly: agreements not accepted, or the key isn't an App Manager).
When you're connected, use Import app to pull your existing listing, or Sync from the editor's Export dialog to publish your designed screenshots.
